On February 1st, 2015, Dr. Leong T. Tan passed away.  Dr. Tan was
one of Soar's founders and past board member.  His family has
requested that a memorial fund be established to honor him.  His wife,
Margaret, and sons, Kenneth and Kevin, thank you for your generosity
and support.

Dr. Tan's service will be held on February 13th, 2015, 11.00AM at The
San Francisco Columbarium (1 Lorraine Ct., SF, CA).  All are welcome
to attend.  There will be a luncheon afterwards at Grand Palace
Restaurant (359 Grand Ave,  South SF, CA).
