Endowment Scholarship: This is a platform of long-term donations, including contributions beyond a donor’s lifespan. The endowment fund accrues dividends and interests, which are distributed to students according to donors’ agreements with SOAR. Currently about a 5% annual appropriation from this fund augments the general scholarships, and it comprises about 16% of the total scholarship disbursement.
